Our client is currently looking to recruit a Head of Ecommerce and lead the next phase of growth across our clients online operations. This is a high-impact, strategic yet hands-on role where you’ll scale ecommerce performance, optimise trading, and unlock new revenue opportunities. You will be shaping a seamless omnichannel experience that drives both online conversion and in-store footfall.
You’ll own the ecommerce P&L and lead a comprehensive growth strategy across trading, merchandising, digital marketing, CRM and customer experience. From pricing and promotions to analytics, A/B testing and performance marketing, you’ll leverage every commercial lever to maximise revenue, profitability and customer lifetime value. Working cross-functionally with retail, technology, supply chain and marketing teams, you’ll ensure our website excels as both a research destination and a high-performing conversion platform.
