The Opportunity As a Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in setting the tone for their stay. You will create memorable arrivals, offer thoughtful recommendations, and deliver personalised service that reflects the spirit of Marine & Lawn. Ideally, with a driver's license. What You’ll Do You’ll be responsible for: Welcoming guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism. Assisting with arrivals and departures, including luggage handling and rooming. Providing helpful information on local attractions, dining, events, travel routes, and hidden gems. Making reservations and arrangements for transport, restaurants, activities, and experiences. Responding to guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring every need is met. Maintaining the security of guest belongings and storage areas. Supporting guests with special requests, concerns, or challenges, ensuring issues are resolved with care. Promoting hotel services, facilities, and curated guest experiences. Ensuring our lobby and guest areas remain welcoming and organised. Cooperating with other departments to deliver a seamless guest journey. Supporting set-ups and operational tasks as required. Occasionally assisting with night coverage during busy periods or annual leave. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for confident, friendly individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional guest service. You’ll have: A warm, welcoming personality and excellent communication skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. A proactive approach with genuine enthusiasm for helping guests. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in a guest-facing or hospitality role (preferred but not essential). A passion for your local area and an ability to share it with guests. Full training will be provided.
