The Job: Maintenance Manager Location: Dungannon Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 The role: Provide leadership and direction to the engineering department, overseeing all shift-based engineering staff Drive improvements in reliability and efficiency across all production equipment and site infrastructure Develop and implement a robust preventative maintenance strategy to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. Lead the planning and execution of capital projects, equipment upgrades, and new installation. Champion continuous improvement initiatives and conduct root cause analysis to address equipment failures Manage engineering budgets and oversee the procurement of spare parts and critical equipment Collaborate closely with production, quality, and senior leadership teams to support and enhance operational performance.
