Define clear executional guidelines, including pricing and promotional frameworks. Lead cross‑functional and external partners to create and deliver world‑class brand assets and activation materials.
Monitor brand performance at a market level, identifying growth drivers and issues, implementing corrective actions, and sharing best practices across regions.
Identify and evaluate opportunities for market or category expansion in collaboration with the global team, leveraging learnings from other successful brand models.
