This is an exciting opportunity for an admin assistant to join our organisation to support the effective delivery of our children, young people’s and families’ services. You will be covering the organisations reception at our busy and vibrant Oldham office which will include answering incoming calls, handling enquiries, responding to risk related calls with management support and always ensuring you offer a warm welcome to young people and families entering the hub. You will ensure the space is inviting, safe and calming, and will work in a trauma informed approach, treating everyone with respect, understanding and confidentiality
You will be a vital member of the team, completing a range of administrative tasks including -managing email inboxes for a range of services, accepting and processing referrals, booking appointments, inputting data onto our client management system, auditing, resource preparation and providing general administrative support to the teams.
