All about the role:
The primary function of this role is to deliver Best-in-Class Service across all our work channels.
A key focus is to work proactively to achieve operational excellence with the aim to create and maintain an outstanding experience for our customers.
What you'll do:
You will manage inbound and outbound calls, email queries and accurately process orders. You will be the first point of contact forpre salesenquiries and will manage your time and availability to meet our service level agreements.
You will also be responsible for the accurate processing, planning and delivery of orders for selected accounts within our channels, ensuring that customer requirements and expectations are resolved quickly and efficiently asdelivery performanceis paramount.
In detail, you will:
* Handle inbound and outbound traffic (fax, email, post, telephone) for pre-sales environment
* Ensure all enquires, questions, issues and customer complaints are always fully resolved whilst applying reasoning over potential costs and liabilities
* Manageorder processing,price checkingand ensuring fulfilment where possible
* Record and process all call/customer information on to theCustomer Servicecomputer systems
* First person contact for the selected accounts, ensuring a high level ofdelivery performance
* Load planning and vehicle utilisation
* Manage bookings into the customer warehouse and liaison with the load planning team
Qualifications:
* Experience working withincustomer serviceenvironment
* Ideally,Supply Chainknowledge
* High customer and quality focus, with a passionate commitment to improving business performance
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Passionate, energetic, and a true team player
* Excellent communication skills
* Good Excel skills and ideally alsoSAPknowledge
Where you'll be:
This is an office-based position working from our Luton office. Hybrid working options are available.
