We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Dentist to take on a dual clinical and leadership role within Rainham Dental & Implant Clinic in Rainham (ME8 7HX). This unique opportunity combines hands‑on patient care with a central role in high‑quality care delivery, team performance, and the practice evolution. Two clear pathways allow you to shape your role according to how you want to lead and contribute.
The Opportunity

* Shared Ownership Model: Take a meaningful stake in the practice and play a central role in its future. Become a partner through a simple, transparent shared ownership model, share directly in profitability and long‑term success, combine clinical leadership with commercial influence and decision‑making, shape direction from patient care to performance, work as part of a wider group with the support, scale, and infrastructure of PortmanDentex.
* Practice Clinical Lead (PCL): Step into a recognised clinical leadership role focused on care, standards, and team development. Work closely with the Practice Manager to drive performance and patient outcomes, shape clinical standards, protocols, and the overall patient journey, support, mentor, and develop the clinical team, champion governance, best practice, and continuous improvement, contribute to decision‑making and the strategic direction of the practice.
This pathway is ideal for clinicians who want to lead and influence without taking on an ownership stake.

* GDC‑registered dentist with strong clinical experience.
