We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant for The Online Beauty courses. We are looking for someone to grow and maintain our social media channels, website, email newsletters, and e-commerce channels as well as drive online sales and provide growth strategies and innovation for companies that fall within the online beauty courses e-commerce websites.
· To ensure the highest quality of customer service is provided.
· Taking designs and building HTML emails
· Scheduling and planning email campaigns for a wide range of clients using Email Marketing platforms.
· Testing emails and web pages before they are published, working with the Marketing Manager and development team to implement amendments.
· Assisting the Marketing Manager and Executive with creating and maintaining new accounts for all companies across all social media platforms.
· Using our website content management systems to create and publish web pages.
· Collecting data for campaigns and marketing material for all companies.
· Collating data to help the Marketing Manager and Executive report on the impact of campaigns and making recommendations for ongoing improvements.
· Work with suppliers to develop opportunities to support sales and drive promotional opportunities.
· Day-to-day social media content creation and scheduling
· General maintenance of social media engagement e.g., comments and direct messages etc.
· Ensuring free listings and directories are updated and kept current.
· Assisting the team with content capture: photoshoots, events etc.
· Contributing creative ideas in team brainstorming sessions and writing up notes from these meetings.
· Assisting the Marketing Manager and Executive with market research.
· Carrying out competitor reviews/research on a regular basis.
· Be ahead of your social media schedule by at least 30 days – that is the same for emails.
· Assist with planning and coordinating or attending events and fairs and trade shows domestically and internationally to market opportunities to prospective Customers.
· Assist the Marketing Manager and Executive with exhibition stand design and attending promotional events and exhibitions.
· Organisation of photoshoots including prop sourcing, time management, supporting on the shoot in an assistant capacity, ensuring timings and aesthetic are adhered to.

· Review Google Analytics and any other performance data on a regular basis.
· Under the tutelage of the Marketing Manager, learn to analyse and report on web sales and success of campaigns and make ongoing recommendations to the team based on performance of campaigns.
· Identify the latest digital trends and activate with pace to ensure the company remains competitive
· Support the marketing team as per business with requirements with projects outside of the Digital scope.
· Meets, Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (KPI's).
· Identifies trends and insights, optimising spends, and performance based on findings.
· Organisation of photoshoots including prop sourcing, time management, supporting on the shoot in an assistant capacity, ensuring timings and aesthetic are adhered to.
· Utilise analytics to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
· Marketing liaison to key retail customers to build on relationships and improve shopper marketing and in store digital efforts.
· Carry out daily, weekly, monthly website audits and highlight any urgent changes that are required, after audits feedback to the marketing manager on how the user experience can be optimised
· Continually seek and find methods to increase our customers lifetime value, use upselling, retention, and re-engagement techniques.
· Building relationships with new and existing influencers and reporting success of partnerships.
· Look for other platforms where we can generate revenue via selling courses
· Be up to date with the latest trends within the digital sector as well as the beauty sector
· Research new courses to launch that are trending on social media and put briefs together regarding course information and launch proposal.
· List the information to be up to date on Google Business Profile
· Innovative thinking and out the box in order to elevate the business
· Understand the global online education market and how we can adhere to this in order to expand as a business
. Under the tutelage of the Marketing Manager, learn to plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Customer service
· Maintaining a high-quality Customer Satisfaction by enforcing customer service standards, analysing and resolving quality and customer service problems.
· Supporting with enquiries and bookings by telephone and email (Facebook or Website)
· Updating Offers and Images on social media sites alongside Marketing Manager.
· Reaching out to customers, students, tutors and models at the workplace for marketing purposes.
