About the role:
A Sales Administrator acts as the operational backbone of a sales team, responsible for managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth, efficient sales operations. They bridge the gap between clients and the sales team by managing documentation, such as quotations, orders,, and CRM databases, while providing essential after-sales support.
Your Responsibilities as the Digital Marketing Manager:
Key responsibilities are to provide internal sales support to help Ignition deliver a high-quality sales service and to become the "go to" security software distributor.
You will be responsible for
Providing in-house sales support to internal and external sales personnel
The creation and administration of quotations
Handling inbound customer orders, checking they are complete and accurate
Directing inbound sales opportunities to the relevant business units
Liaising with Customers where information is missing
Information input and maintenance into Salesforce CRM to ensure reports are accurate
Assistance in production of sales forecast reports
Assisting with Forecast & Pipeline
Dealing with incoming partners and opportunities
Being able to understand the sales process
Potential to manage and be responsible for running your own deals and relationships, aligned to specific vendors
Any ad hoc duties as defined by your line manager
