This role involves performing both planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive, service and breakdown tasks on a variety of HVAC systems equipment across the M11 stretch. Key Responsibilities & Expectations: * Conduct PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems including AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, Splits, VRF's, VAV's, Compressors, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, and Actuators. * Diagnose and repair faults on air conditioning and refrigeration systems. * Supporting servicing and breakdowns with contractors * Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations. * Maintain accurate records of all work carried out. * Respond to emergency call outs promptly and efficiently.
