SEN Teaching Assistant / Support Staff - Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
We’re recruiting SEN Support Staff for a variety of meaningful roles supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs. These roles may involve:
*
Supporting children in the classroom alongside the teacher
*
Encouraging positive engagement through sports, creative play or drama
*
Assisting during lunchtimes and transitions
*
Providing 1:1 or small group support based on individual needs
We’re looking for both experienced SEN professionals and individuals with transferable skills who are ready to make a difference. If you’ve worked in sports coaching, drama, childcare, youth work, or any school-based setting — this could be the perfect step into a fulfilling SEN support role.
Experience with SEN is desirable, but not essential — what matters most is your ability to connect, care, and support with confidence and positivity.

Roles in primary and secondary schools across Stoke-on-Trent
*
Full-time, part-time, and flexible hours available
*
Opportunities to work with a wide range of needs, from autism and ADHD to SEMH and physical disabilities

A chance to develop valuable skills and progress in your education career
*
Supportive school environments and a caring agency team behind you
