Leadership is committed to helping you reach your full potential.Strong local presence: Based in the heart of Nuneaton, the firm enjoys long-standing community connections and an excellent local reputation.A standout opportunity for an experienced Residential ConveyancerThis is an ideal position for someone with at least 3 years’ residential conveyancing case-handling experience who is looking for a progressive, well-supported environment where they can thrive.What you’ll be doingManaging your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds and all associated title documentation.Overseeing searches, enquiries, due diligence and title investigations.Delivering high-quality client care with regular updates and clear communication.Collaborating closely with admin staff, paralegals and other legal professionals to keep files moving efficiently.Contributing to a well-organised, high-performing property team.About youMinimum 3 years’ experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.Excellent communication, client-handling and file-management capabilities.Proactive, enthusiastic and motivated to develop within a supportive, growing team.
