Key Responsibilities
Supervise classes during teacher absences, maintaining a calm and focused learning environment
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a variety of subjects
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and follow school policies
Support students with their learning and encourage active participation
Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learningIdeal Candidate
Experience working with young people in an educational or youth setting
Confident in managing classroom behaviour and engaging students
Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different subjects and age groups
Familiar with the Dursley area and local transport routes
