Pay & Benefits:
* £13.50 per hour (Monday-Sunday)
* Double pay on peak days
* 35p per mile + paid travel and waiting time
* Paid DBS (refunded after probation)
* Guaranteed hours (20 or 30 hours per week)
* Paid training and £400 refer-a-friend scheme
Working Pattern:
* Flexible shifts between 06:45-21:30
* Every other weekend availability required
* Minimum 1-hour visits to give clients quality time and care
Training & Development:
* Structured induction and paid training
* Ongoing support from Senior Carers
* Opportunities to gain qualifications and progress within Home Instead
Requirements:
* A caring, reliable, and professional approach
* Right to work in the UK (sponsorship may be considered)
