Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Assist the Management Team in the training and mentoring of Team Members;
2. Run shifts including opening and closing the store;
3. Provide excellent customer service and ensure our guests have a memorable experience;
4. Assist Management with stock takes and processing deliveries;
5. Oversee stations to ensure they are running efficiently;
6. Address and resolve customer queries or complaints.
