Job Description
3. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business objectives using Power BI, DAX, Power Query etc
4. Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
5. Collaborate with various departments (Finance, Operations, HR etc) to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
6. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within analytics systems.
7. Support the implementation of data-driven strategies across the organisation.
8. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
9. Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Intelligence Analyst should have:
11. A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as data analytics, statistics, or computer science.
12. Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
14. Experience with SQL / DAX or similar database query languages.
15. An ability to communicate complex data insights in a simple and effective manner.
16. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs through data.
