But now it’s time for a fresh chapter – and that’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Registered Manager with the confidence, authority, and leadership to modernise practice, reset standards, and bring out the very best in a loyal team. Someone who can take a strong home and make it stronger – not through “do as I say” management, but through visible, hands-on, “do as I do” leadership.
