Residential Deputy Manager (EBD) Location: Croydon / Purley Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per annum Our client delivers therapeutic residential care using an Intentional Parenting model for children with complex needs, including EBD. The service provides bespoke interventions to support young people through intensive support, mentoring, and relationship-based care. Role Overview: Reporting to the Registered Manager, the Deputy Manager will support the leadership and day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality care, safeguarding, and compliance with Children’s Home Regulations and Standards. You will lead staff, support Ofsted readiness, and promote a positive therapeutic environment.
