Contractual base: Tewkesbury (GL20 8ND), Wolverhampton, Lichfield or Bristol
Salary: Circa £33,000 per annum
Hours: (Permanent) Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri

The role
As our Communications Specialist, you’ll work closely with Senior Communications Business Partners and the Communications Manager to create and deliver engaging, accessible content across a wide range of channels, including:
* Customer websites
* Email and digital newsletters
* Social media and content creation
* Video, live streams, podcasts and digital content
* Intranet and Viva Engage
You’ll help shape internal and customer campaigns, enhance digital platforms to boost engagement, and support the delivery of both colleague and customer events. You’ll also play a key role in keeping content up to date, relevant, and aligned with our brand and values.
What You’ll Bring
You’ll be someone passionate about great communication and delivering a brilliant customer experience. You’ll also bring:
* Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
* Creative and enjoy exploring new ideas and approaches
* Ability to create tailored content for different audiences
* Confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
* Experience supporting campaigns across digital and offline channels
* A keen eye for design and detail
* Ability to work at pace and meet deadlines
* Experience producing video or digital content
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and tools such as Mailchimp
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (desired)
* Relevant communications experience (GCSE level or equivalent education)
