About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Person to join our prestigious Basingstoke Club. This key role involves representing the Fitness First Brand and requires a highly motivated sales individual with excellent leadership skills, capable of achieving all in-club sales targets. You will...
* Act as a positive example for all club staff, embodying operational excellence.
* Assist in the club's 'guest experience journey' by touring booked appointments and walk-ins, converting them into members, and accurately capturing data for all prospects.
* Promote excellent FFX performance and other signature Fitness First products.
* Collaborate with support functions to achieve the club's sales targets.
* Coordinate outreach activities to promote the club and identify improvement areas.
* Stay updated on membership fees and promotions, conveying this information to members.
* Maintain high sales integrity, welcoming prospects and members warmly and informing them about terms, conditions, and offers.
* Build and maintain corporate relationships through events and quality engagement.
* Retain existing members by providing exceptional experiences.
* Address feedback per Fitness First's complaints policy.
* Support team members and engage positively with members on the gym floor.
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the general manager.
Have you...
* Contributed to meeting revenue goals through sales targets.
* Experience in sales or service within a similar environment is desirable.
* Proficiency in face-to-face and phone sales.
* Basic knowledge of the fitness industry is beneficial.
* Exceptional guest service skills.
* Flexibility to cover shifts at short notice.
* Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
* Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
* Proactive and self-motivated.
