Ready to make a real impact in Science? At Leigh Academy Ebbsfleet, we’re seeking a passionate Lead Practitioner - Science to elevate our Science department and inspire the next generation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality Science lessons that engage and challenge students across various key stages and subjects.

* Lead curriculum development and share best practices to improve teaching across the Science department.

* Use data and innovative approaches to improve student outcomes in Science.

* Provide leadership and support to colleagues, helping them to grow in their teaching practice.

* Work with the senior leadership team to lead on aspects of whole school improvement with the Teaching & Learning Team.

What We’re Looking For:

* A qualified teacher with expertise in one or more Science specialism.

* A strong track record of improving teaching and learning.

* A collaborative leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
