We are seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our dedicated team at a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Scunthorpe .
This is a rewarding role supporting pupils during the lunchtime period, helping to ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all learners.
The Role
As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise pupils during lunch times, including in the dining hall, playground, or classrooms
* Support pupils with a range of SEN, including communication, social, and behavioural needs
* Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction
* Assist with basic care needs where appropriate
* Ensure the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of all pupils at all times
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
* Is patient, calm, and compassionate
* Has experience working with children, ideally within an SEN setting (desirable but not essential)
* Can work well as part of a team and follow school policies
* Is reliable and able to commit to the set lunchtime hours
Full training and support will be provided.
