The Role:
As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for the source and supply of candidates within freight & logistics sector; working with clients in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment requirements. You will be identifying and developing opportunities in a pro-active sales environment, showing strong negotiation skills to meet clients and candidates needs effectively through:
* Candidate attraction and registration
* Client management and growth
* Relationship management
* Negotiation
* Ensuring Targets and KPI’s are met at all times

We have hours to suit your work life balance 8am to 5pm (UK & Europe team) or 11am to 8pm (USA team).

Salary: £23,000-£35,000 per year (Dependant on Experience)
