Your Role as a Roadside Mechanic
As a Roadside Mechanic, you will be at the forefront of our service, handling diverse breakdowns and technical issues. Your expertise will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our members. Here’s what we’re looking for:
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and resolve a variety of vehicle breakdowns.
* Provide technical support and assistance to our members.
* Deliver outstanding customer service in face-to-face interactions.
Requirements:
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
* Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
* A customer-focused approach.
* A full UK driving licence.
