Were working with one of Londons most exciting new premium casual dining concepts an upmarket smash burger restaurant backed by a two Michelin-starred Executive Chef. This is a fantastic chance to lead a kitchen thats redefining what a burger can be, with sustainability, local sourcing, and high-end execution at the heart of everything.
The Role: As Head Chef, youll be running a busy, high-energy kitchen with a team of 67 chefs and KPs. The site combines a 30-cover dine-in service with 300+ daily takeaway orders so youll need to deliver consistency, speed, and quality at scale.
Youll oversee prep, service, stock control, hygiene, and standards, while inspiring your team and maintaining the brands premium vision.
What were looking for: Proven Head Chef experience in high-volume, quality-driven kitchens (e.g. Cte, Patty & Bun, Flat Iron)
Strong leadership skills motivating, organised, and calm under pressure
Passion for sustainability, seasonality, and local sourcing
Excellent food quality, presentation, and consistency standards
