Responsibilities

* Proactively identify and engage with organisations using e-Assessor Pro, offering tailored recruitment and marking solutions to maximise platform utilisation.
* Develop and execute a business development and delivery strategy to grow external recruitment and marking services, supporting both existing e-Assessor Pro partners and new clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their talent needs and promote our services.
* Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for external clients, ensuring a high-quality experience for both candidates and clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment services with client expectations and platform capabilities.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
* Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our service offering and value proposition.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, vacancies, and placements using internal systems.
* Oversee the invoicing process across client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely billing for all recruitment and marking services.
* Conduct your role in line with company values and expected behaviours.

* Comply with Safeguarding, Prevent, and Health & Safety policies, remaining vigilant to potential concerns and risks.
* Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
* Provide learners, customers, and colleagues with support, advice, and guidance as part of your everyday role.

Essential Criteria

* Proven experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on business development or agency-side experience.
* Strong commercial acumen and a passion for building client relationships.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
* Familiarity with digital assessment platforms or the education sector is a plus.

Learners are at the centre of everything we do so we are committed to safeguarding and promoting their welfare. This means for some of our roles, we need to carry out certain checks to ascertain someone\'s suitability for working with learners.

As this role will not include regulated activity with learners, a DBS is not required. However, you will be required to provide satisfactory references and prove their eligibility to work in the UK.
