Location: Blackburn - hybrid option once established

About the Role
An established international organisation is seeking a talented Marketing Manager (UK & Ireland) to support business growth and strengthen brand presence across the region. This position plays a key role in developing and executing local marketing initiatives, supporting sales teams with effective tools and communication strategies, and ensuring consistency with global brand objectives.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement local marketing and trade initiatives aligned with global brand strategy.
* Adapt and create sales support materials for the UK market in collaboration with international teams.
* Manage relationships with external agencies, including PR and design partners.
* Work closely with the sales team to optimise marketing assets and communication plans.
* Plan and coordinate trade fairs, events, and promotional activities with internal and external stakeholders.
* Support product launches, relaunches, and cross‑functional marketing projects.
* Oversee promotional merchandise, branding materials, and onsite marketing activities.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in trade marketing, project management, and stakeholder coordination within a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
* Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
* 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably within an international setting.
* Demonstrated success in delivering impactful local campaigns.
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* Experience managing external agencies and suppliers.
* Analytical yet creative mindset with a pragmatic approach to execution.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English; additional European language skills are an advantage.
* Based in or able to commute to the Greater Manchester area.
