Overview
Quality Improvement Leader (Teaching and Learning Coach) – Permanent, Grade 4, £34,434 - £41,771. Consultation grade subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review. Working 36.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Coaching teachers, delivering staff training, carrying out learning walks, observations, leading on departmental deep dives of classroom practice, facilitating communities of practice and good practice sharing events.
Qualifications
* Successful track record of teaching, both online and onsite.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to give constructive feedback to promote improvements.
* Strong team-working skills, passion for teaching, and well-developed IT skills for use in and out of the classroom.
* Experience of delivering staff training, coaching or supporting staff and observing teaching, learning and assessment.
* Subject specialism could be English, Maths, ESOL, IT and Business, Modern Foreign Languages, SEND, Health and Social Care or SEND.
Working arrangements
This is an onsite role with flexibility to work some evenings if needed and travel to multiple BAES venues. Travel expenses are paid between sites.
