Overview
Care Assistant - Complex Care at Harmony Healthcare – Chelmsford, Essex. This role offers day and night shifts on a zero hours contract with a consistent rostering approach to support continuity for staff and clients. Pay is £15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay – itemised on payslips).
Role Overview

* Shifts Available: Day and Night shifts
* Contract Type: Zero Hours Contract – with consistent rostering to ensure continuity for both staff and clients
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience in complex care (tracheostomy, PEG, ventilation, seizure management) desirable — full training provided
* A genuine passion for person-centred care and community-based working
* Experience supporting children and/or adults with complex health needs (preferred but not essential)
* Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a strong desire to make a difference
