Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Drama Teacher to inspire and engage pupils across the school. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about drama and the performing arts to help students develop confidence, creativity, and performance skills. Beginning ASAP.
Responsibilities
* Planning and delivering engaging drama lessons across key stages
* Encouraging pupils to explore acting, improvisation, and stagecraft
* Organising and supporting school productions, performances, and workshops
* Assessing and monitoring pupil progress and providing constructive feedback
* Promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all learners
* Collaborating with colleagues to integrate drama into cross-curricular learning
Ideal candidate
* Hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS) or equivalent experience in drama education
* Have experience teaching drama to children or young people
* Be passionate about performance and able to inspire creativity
* Have excellent communication and classroom management skills as a Drama Teacher
* Be adaptable, proactive, and committed to developing pupils’ confidence and skills
