A Company in Guernsey is seeking a Trainee Client Services Administrator to join their team. The role involves shadowing experienced colleagues while assisting with the administration of a portfolio of trust and company clients.

Key tasks include maintaining client and statutory records, preparing board minutes and corporate documents, supporting bookkeeping and invoicing, and assisting with client reporting and meetings. The ideal candidate will be proactive, methodical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work to high standards and a willingness to learn.

A-level or equivalent education is desired, and a readiness to pursue professional qualifications is a plus. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in trust and company administration and build a strong foundation for a professional career.
