Job Description
3. Handle a broad spectrum of commercial property work, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, contracts, and title documentation.
4. Advise on freehold and leasehold matters and property-related queries from both landlord and tenant perspectives.
5. Manage transactions with appropriate levels of autonomy, supported by efficient processes and technology.
6. Collaborate with colleagues across the real estate practice to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement through innovative tools and processes that enhance client service and operational efficiency.
8. Maintain and develop effective client relationships through responsive, commercially-minded advice.
The Successful Applicant
9. Qualified solicitor with strong academic credentials.
10. Solid experience in commercial real estate across a broad range of transactions and asset types.
11. Experience in the retail/restaurant sector or electric vehicle roll-out is advantageous.
12. Excellent drafting skills and legal research ability.
13. Comfortable using technology and managing multiple matters to tight deadlines.
