We are seeking to appoint an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Administration Manager to lead and coordinate our busy administrative team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent communication and leadership skills to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the school's administrative services.
Responsibilities
* Lead, manage and develop the school's administrative team to deliver high-quality support across all areas.
* Oversee the daily operation of the school office, ensuring it provides a welcoming and efficient service to students, parents, staff and visitors.
* Manage administrative systems, including admissions, attendance, student records, and communication processes.
* Work closely with senior leaders to support the smooth running of the school, contributing to strategic planning where appropriate.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safeguarding practices, and school policies in all administrative processes.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
The ideal candidate will have
* Significant experience in administration, ideally within an education or public sector setting.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong IT skills, including experience with MS Office and management information systems (training can be provided).
