As an M365 Solution Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining strategy, designing innovative solutions and guiding clients through the full lifecycle of transformation.
Your Duties & Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Engage with clients across a range of industries to shape their Microsoft 365 strategy, design innovative solutions and deliver impactful business outcomes.
* Balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, influencing digital transformation programmes that modernise collaboration, enhance productivity and drive measurable value.
* Lead architecture, solution shaping and hands‑on implementation, guiding proof‑of‑concept and pilot projects for emerging technologies such as M365 Copilot.
* Mentor and collaborate with colleagues, sharing expertise and best‑practice approaches across CGI’s digital workplace community.
* Identify opportunities for continual improvement, efficiency and automation within client environments.
* Ensure architecture decisions drive long‑term value while maintaining technical excellence.
Required Qualifications
* Deep Microsoft 365 expertise, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange and Entra ID.
* SME‑level expertise in M365 Copilot and Power Platform.
* Experience architecting and documenting solutions (including HLDs and architectural artefacts).
* Hands‑on delivery of pilots and proof‑of‑concepts for M365 Copilot.
* Experience establishing and supporting sustainable Power Platform governance models (e.g., Centres of Excellence).
* Familiarity with architecture methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, TOGAF, RCDA, etc.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* A proactive, adaptable approach to work independently or collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
Additional Information
This is a hybrid position with an average of 2–3 days per week at CGI offices or client sites. A UK Security Clearance is required or you must be eligible to obtain one.
