 
        
        The Facilities Department are looking for a Facilities site lead in our new office space in Peterborough, If you have a passion for providing a great customer experience, with a desire to help improve our working environment then this role could be just what you are looking for.
The role is responsible for the day-to-day facilities running of the Peterborough office. This role ensures the smooth operation of the workplace, focusing on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a safe and efficient environment, and supporting the needs of internal colleagues.
The role will report into the Facilities Management team and form part of the wider Facilities team based in Cardiff & Swansea, you will need to work collectively or independently, as well as with third parties, to provide exceptional service to all our customers.
Key Responsibilities 
Workspace and environment:
 1. Oversee daily facilities operations at the Peterborough office, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment.
 2. Proactively maintain the workspace by ensuring the required checks are completed to a high standard.
 3. Carry out and complete any allocated facility helpdesk & change requests within the set time frames.
 4. Overseeing regular maintenance and general upkeep to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
 5. Take ownership of your allocated areas of responsibilities and provide regular feedback.
 6. Liaise with rd parties, dealing with day-to-day queries, and escalating issues to the relevant manager.
Customer:
 7. Act as the primary point of contact for facilities-related issues and coordinate with contractors and service providers.
 8. Engage with internal colleagues to understand and support their workplace needs, encouraging the use of key tools such as Service now and GoBright to increase colleague engagement
 9. Engage with our colleagues and wider business to build strong working relationships, supporting the delivery of facilities services.
 10. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
 11. Prioritise workload to provide high levels of customer satisfaction, performing your duties in a professional and courteous manner.
Team:
 12. Work closely with all the facilities teams to support and implement change.
 13. Perform additional duties as and when required.
Health & Safety Compliance:
 14. Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are followed.
 15. Follow best practice and safety standards for all facility related tasks.
 16. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies.
Skills Required
 17. Previous facilities experience ideal.
 18. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
 19. Demonstrate the ability to perform independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to a high standard.
 20. Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines.
 21. Strong interpersonal and written & verbal communication skills to effectively communicate to colleagues of all levels and third parties.
 22. Confident at using Microsoft software such as Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
 23. Understanding of key FM tools such as GoBright & Service now.
 24. Be receptive to all types of feedback.
