Role Overview Position: Year 4 Primary Teacher Location: Tiverton Salary: £2,080– £2,400 per month Start Date: 15th June Contract: Permanent, Part-Time, Term Time Only About the Role As a Year 4 Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a positive and engaging classroom environment where pupils can thrive. Working alongside experienced staff and teaching assistants, you will deliver high-quality learning experiences and support pupils both academically and socially. Responsibilities include: Delivering pre-planned lessons to a Year 4 class Supporting learning through whole-class teaching, alongside 1:1 and small-group support Adapting teaching approaches to meet individual pupil needs and abilities Maintaining strong classroom behaviour management and a positive learning environment Supervising pupils during transitions, break times, and throughout the school day Encouraging confidence, participation, and inclusion across all activities Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school staff to ensure consistency and support pupil progress We Are Looking For We welcome applications from teachers who are enthusiastic about making a difference and supporting children to reach their full potential.
