Responsibilities
* In your new role as a Multi-task Operative within the Support team your responsibilities will include collecting recycled waste from various areas around the plant and ensuring that bins are returned to their designated collection points.
* You will be required to wash toes, tanks, and feed bins as needed, and assist with the collection and disposal of feed waste throughout the facility.
* Maintaining an adequate supply of feed bins to support ongoing operations is also part of your duties.
* You will operate both electrical and manual pump trucks and carry out general support tasks as required.
* Additionally, you may be assigned further responsibilities by the Team Leader or supervisory staff as needed.
* Undertake all training required to deliver the support role efficiently.
* You will be required to work within a small team using your own initiative assisting colleagues where necessary.
* You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers and clients, deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have the ability to communicate and read basic English, previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential and have a flexible approach to the role. You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined. You'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
