The Role: As their Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome. You’ll also support basic office management and health & safety duties, helping to keep our workspace running smoothly and safely. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with professionalism and warmth Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with hospitality for guests Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors and contractors Support health & safety compliance, including fire drills and first aid coordination Assist with general administrative tasks and team support as needed What they’re Looking For Previous experience in a receptionist or office support role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with a proactive, can-do attitude Comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced environment Basic understanding of health & safety procedures (training can be provided)
