Accounts Assistant Needed in Norwich
1. Location: Norwich
2. Working Hours: Full-time or Part-time options available
3. Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Our client, a friendly and well-established family-run business, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their close-knit team in Norwich. Key Responsibilities as an Accounts Assistant:
5. Process Direct Debits and manage payment schedules efficiently
6. Maintain accurate Sales and Purchase Ledgers
7. Reconcile supplier accounts and handle queries with professionalism
8. Assist with banking tasks, including daily reconciliations
9. Support the team with leasing agreements and related records
10. Undertake general office administration duties
11. Answer customer calls and assist with finance-related queries in a courteous manner
What We’re Looking For in an Accounts Assistant:
12. Previous experience in an accounts or finance position
13. Strong bookkeeping knowledge and familiarity with financial processes
14. Proficiency in Sage and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
15. Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
16. AAT qualification (or working towards) desirable
17. A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support colleagues
