Technical Support Engineer (EMEA) – Remote UK

global design technology scale-up
that has built one of the world's most loved interactive prototyping tools. Their platform helps designers and enterprises bring ideas to life quickly, powering innovation at companies like Google, Microsoft, Meta, BMW, Samsung, and Disney.
They're now looking for a
Technical Support Engineer
to join their UK team and play a key role in supporting enterprise clients across EMEA. This is a hybrid position (London-based), working closely with sales and engineering to ensure technical excellence and customer success.
The Role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll:
* Resolve technical and security queries from enterprise clients.
* Support on
on-premise server setup
and enterprise network integration.
* Collaborate with sales, running product demos and creating user-friendly technical guidelines.
* Investigate and troubleshoot client issues, delivering root cause analysis and effective solutions.
* Work alongside product engineers to escalate and resolve complex problems.
* Develop
integration apps (bridge apps)
for hardware and software (e.g. IoT devices, Unity/Unreal, voice APIs).
What You'll Bring
* 4+ years' experience
in software–hardware integrated prototyping.
* Hands-on knowledge of devices (Raspberry Pi, Arduino, embedded systems).
* Strong with
JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C++
and basic scripting (Bash, Batch, JS).
* Infrastructure expertise:
Linux, Docker, Docker Compose, SQL, networking, data migration
.
* Confident communicator who can explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Empathy, patience, and a client-first mindset.
Bonus skills:
* AWS, Kubernetes, Grafana
* REST API development
* Familiarity with UI/UX tools (Figma, Unity)
* Experience with CAN/LIN protocols
