Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer
Location: B60 - BIRMINGHAM/Bromsgrove
Salary: UP TO 34K plus car allowance (up to 4K)
Sector: Social Housing Maintenance
Contract: 6 month fixed term with a view to going Full time (subject to us being awarded the 5 year contract). Starts in 2-3 weeks.
About the Role
* As the key point of contact for residents, you will:
* Engage with customers through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days.
* Ensure residents are kept informed of works, processes, and any changes or updates.
* Provide excellent customer care and aftercare, ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
* Manage expectations and communication between residents, clients, and our operations teams.
* Handle potentially challenging situations with empathy, professionalism, and resilience.
Requirements
* 1+ year of experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (Social Housing).
* Strong communication skills and empathy.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent Communication Skills.
* Excellent Time Management.
* Work well under pressure.
