Description
* Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes for business units.
* Provide financial input into project-based work and strategic plans.
* Support senior management in making sound business decisions based on financial analysis.
* Develop financial models and conduct benchmarking to support strategic initiatives.
* Provide insights on financial performance and forecast to management.
* Work closely with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure the integrity of data.
* Drive process improvements in financial planning and business intelligence tools.
* Ensure compliance with financial legal requirements.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
* CIMA qualification is desirable.
* Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
* Strong analytical skills and understanding of business operations.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to collaborate with senior management and department teams.
