We are looking for an Insights Analyst to join our Insight team at Taylors of Harrogate, within the Bettys & Taylors Group. Based at our Pagoda House site in Harrogate as an Insights Analyst you will be responsible for helping to drive Taylors long-term success by connecting the business to a deep understanding of consumers and the external landscape. This role builds strong relationships, manages insight resources effectively, and transforms rich insights into clear, actionable stories, aligned with business priorities and inspiring customer-first decisions. Primary responsibilities: The collation and synthesis of a breadth of primary and secondary insights, which tell a clear and engaging story, aligned to business priorities and supporting business strategy & performance. Distribution of insights to support projects and aid embedding of a customer first culture, including establishing and maintaining a central knowledge hub and delivering a Customer Closeness Programme. Management and optimisation of secondary insight resources to include agency partnerships. Supporting the wider Insight team purpose (to generate insights that aid strategic decision making), to include research project support & budget management. About you The successful candidate will need to be familiar with qualitative and quantitative insight sources and demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarise and present insights clearly and persuasively. They will require strong problem-solving capability – able to analyse multiple data sets and translate findings into concise, story-led deliverables aligned to business objectives and have a curious and proactive mindset with commercial and consumer understanding, ideally with experience in FMCG. They will require strong relationship building skills, the ability to manage external agency partners, and excellent communication skills. Working pattern This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours over five days. This role can accommodate hybrid working and flexibility, with the expectation that the majority of your time is spent in-person at the Pagoda House site each week.
