Salary: £27,885 per annum + On Target Earnings up to 7.5% of base salary
Working Patterns: This job is suitable for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between Monday and Sunday. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly rota.

As part of ASDA Travel Money, you'll work on-site within an ASDA store, serving thousands of customers daily with foreign exchange needs. We aim to be the preferred provider and to offer detailed, concise advice paired with an exceptional customer experience. We need individuals like you to help us achieve this vision.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing a team of Travel Service Partners to deliver excellent customer experiences.
2. Nurturing and mentoring the team to maintain high service standards.
3. Reviewing customer feedback and service levels to improve processes and outputs.
4. Engaging with customers to process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Achieving key performance goals related to procedures, operations, and customer service.
6. Processing daily online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
7. Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Requirements:

Interview process:
1. Initial screening call by Talent Acquisition or Bureau Managers.
2. Online interview with a numerical and accuracy test.
3. Visit to the bureau to meet the Area Manager and see the environment.
4. Job offer if successful; feedback provided if not.
