FUNCTIONAL LEAD - ORACLE CPQ
£(Apply online only) per day (Outside IR35) | 6-months | Surrey – hybrid working
Our client, a complex global organisation, is seeking an experienced CPQ Functional Lead to help maximise value and realise benefit from a recently implemented Oracle CPQ platform. This interim role will focus on making Oracle CPQ performant through business adoption and integration enhancement.

Key responsibilities:
* Drive optimisation of the newly implemented Oracle CPQ solution, ensuring the business sees demonstrable commercial and operational value.
* Partner with Sales, Commercial, and Operations teams to refine CPQ workflows, pricing logic, approvals, and associated activities.
* Lead functional enhancements and backlog prioritisation, translating business needs into clear solution requirements.
* Oversee integration improvements between Oracle CPQ and Salesforce, ensuring data consistency and seamless end-to-end processes.
* Provide hands-on support, user guidance, and functional expertise to increase adoption and confidence in the platform.
Our client is looking for
* Strong functional leadership experience in Oracle CPQ ideally across complex B2B environments.
* Demonstrable experience improving adoption and business value after initial CPQ deployments.
* Proven ability to simplify complex pricing and configuration processes into scalable system designs.
* Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to challenge constructively and translate commercial needs into practical solutions.
* Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and integration patterns between CRM and CPQ platforms.
