About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio within the aviation industry, including 5 terminals, cargo sheds, residential and rural properties, extending to over 750 leases across Manchester, East Midlands, and London Stansted airports.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of various properties across MAG, handling lease events such as rent reviews, lease renewals, and lettings with rental values up to £100,000. You will also support on higher-value properties. Your responsibilities include implementing asset management plans by letting void spaces, completing rent reviews, and lease renewals. Maintaining good relationships with tenants and managing their enquiries will also be key. Additionally, you will support our Head of Investment Assets and Head of Terminal Property at both MAN & STN in executing their asset management strategies to maximize rental income and capital values.
What will make you successful in this role?
You should be RICS qualified (or equivalent) with over 3 years of experience in property management. You must have excellent knowledge of industry standards, processes, procedures, and quality assurance requirements, along with technical expertise.
You should be commercially and financially astute, with experience in the industrial and office property markets. The ability to influence and negotiate lease contracts effectively, and communicate confidently at various levels within an organization, is essential for achieving the best outcomes for MAG.
