What the Role Will Involve
* Leading audits for medium to large groups (up to c. £180m turnover)
* Overseeing statutory accounts and providing forward-looking business advice
* Playing a key role in audit planning through to RI review
* Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact
* Supporting and developing junior members of the team
* Contributing to the wider growth and direction of the firm
Who They Are Keen to Speak With
* ACA / ACCA qualified with UK practice experience
* Strong audit background, ideally with group exposure
* Comfortable leading assignments and engaging directly with clients
* Someone with an eye on progression into senior leadership
* Commercially aware and interested in contributing beyond compliance
