Job Description
3. Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law.
4. Assist with recruitment processes, including job advertising, shortlisting, and conducting interviews.
5. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
6. Handle HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and preparing contracts.
7. Support managers in implementing performance management systems and processes.
8. Coordinate training and development programmes for staff across the organisation.
9. Assist HR manager with upcoming projects
10. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
11. A solid understanding of ER
12. CIPD Level 5 / working towards
13. Previous experience in a Human Resources role
14. Able to be flexible with hours.
15. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
16. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
18. The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
