We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee a commercial retrofit project operating during evening hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site electrical works, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise a team of electricians and subcontractors on-site
* Coordinate daily activities to meet project deadlines
* Conduct quality checks and ensure installations meet required standards
* Liaise with site managers, project managers, and clients
* Maintain up-to-date site documentation and reports
* Enforce health & safety protocols and company policies
Requirements:
* Proven experience supervising electrical work on commercial projects
* ECS Gold Card or relevant electrical qualifications
* SSSTS / SMSTS
* Strong understanding of commercial retrofit systems
* Able to work independently and manage a team
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Must be eligible for or able to obtain a DBS check
* 4 PM – 1 AM shift
