You will be responsible for a wide range of asset data and linking it through different services to ensure our data stays current, accurate, and embedded in the heart of the decisions we make for our social houses and other assets. About this Assets Data Analyst and Coordinator job: The role of Assets Data Analyst and Coordinator is focused on ensuring we work with the best quality asset information available, so as a service we can make informed decisions. Here’s what you’ll get up to: You will ensure all property and asset data within the FM Service is consistent and, on a uniform, agreed recording hierarchy. You will analyse and coordinate multi-faceted data across systems and assimilation of data for reports on our owned assets, both housing and operational. You will deliver reports and process mapping of procedures and systems across the service to input into strategies supporting asset management of our stock. You will be the key service specialist in the development and implementation of new systems and modules to support and improve the management of stock data information. You will provide an overview function to ensure all users of the asset management systems are correctly and appropriately using the system, and all information is being updated correctly. Curating of data systems used by the service and engaging with the wider teams cross-services as required. Hybrid, flexible working About you, the ideal Asset Data Analyst and Coordinator for the job: Your knowledge Significant track-record of operating in a technical, property services environment, operating and maintaining detailed asset management and related stock data utilising a purpose developed IT system within a local authority, housing association, government body, private developer, agency or similar Your experience Experience of using and maintaining Northgate (or similar) asset management system for the management of all managed assets, management modules and related modules. Your skills The ability to build & maintain a thorough working knowledge in using data systems to ensure data quality and effective sharing of work. Proven ability to work with several software applications in conjunction, and proficiency in database use. Your qualifications A minimum level 4 qualification, degree or equivalent in a field with an emphasis on statistical and analytical skills.
